- For hair extensions and wigs: Item(s) must be in new condition – unworn, unaltered, undamaged and with original package binding and tags. Basically, if you don't remove the product from its original packaging in any way and wear it, you should be fine!
- Item(s) cannot be opened or used in any way.
- Item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days after your order is marked delivered.
- Item(s) must be non-clearance items. All clearance items are considered final sale.
- Returns and exchanges are applicable for continental U.S. orders only. Excludes all international orders and Hawaii/Alaska.
